Terms of Service

💣 Short version from Jinx: I post picks, you decide what to do with them. No guarantees, no refunds for losing bets, no sharing your key, 18+ only. The long version below is the one that counts.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jinx Bets, including the website jinxbets.com, the Telegram bot @BetJinxedBot, the private Telegram channel and any related service (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the Jinx Bets team ("we", "us").

By buying access, starting a free trial or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. What Jinx Bets is

Jinx Bets is an informational service. We publish predictions ("picks") about esports football (eSoccer), eBasketball, eHockey and other esports, produced by our own statistical system, together with reference odds, suggested stakes in units and results.

We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold your money or place bets for you. Any bet you place is placed by you, on your own account, with a third-party bookmaker of your choice.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age for gambling in your country if higher;
• you are legally allowed to access betting-related content and to bet in your country;
• you are not self-excluded from gambling and are not using the Service on behalf of someone who is.

We may refuse or end access if we believe any of this is not true.

3. No guarantee of profit

Betting always involves risk. Past results do not guarantee future results. Picks can and do lose, including long losing streaks. We never guarantee any profit, win rate or return, and nothing on the website, the bot, the channel, our forum threads or our marketing is a promise of earnings.

Figures such as ROI, units won or hit rate describe past, recorded results only. Units are a way to size stakes relative to your own bankroll; money amounts shown next to units are examples.

4. Your responsibility

You alone decide whether to bet, how much and with whom. You are responsible for:

• checking the current odds before betting (odds move; each card shows a minimum price below which the pick no longer has value);
• complying with the laws of your country and the rules of your bookmaker;
• any taxes on your winnings;
• never betting money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Access, licence keys and your Telegram account

• Access is given through a licence key linked to one Telegram account. The key works only with that account.
• You may not share, resell, transfer or publish your key, the private channel, its invite links or its content. Forwarding or copying picks to other groups, channels or people is not allowed.
• We automatically check keys. If a key is invalid, expired, revoked or used in breach of these Terms, the account is removed from the private channel.
• You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.

6. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans and prices are shown in the bot (/buy) and on the website. Prices may change; the price you pay is the one shown when you pay.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment provider. Your key is delivered automatically once the payment is confirmed.
• A plan starts when the key is delivered and lasts the number of days of the plan, whether or not you use it. Plans do not renew automatically.
• If a payment fails or is confirmed late because of the network or the provider, contact us and we will sort it out.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Access to the Service is digital content supplied immediately after payment. When you pay, you expressly request that access starts right away and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

Because of this, payments are not refundable, including when picks lose. The only exceptions are:

• you paid but never received a working key and we cannot fix it; or
• we end your access without cause before your plan expires (see section 11).

In those cases we refund or extend access for the unused period.

8. Free trial

• One free trial per person and per Telegram account. To prevent abuse we may require a Telegram @username, a profile photo and an account that is not newly created, and we may use other anti-abuse checks.
• Creating or using several accounts to obtain more than one trial is not allowed; trials obtained this way may be cancelled and the accounts removed.
• Trial length and conditions may change or the trial may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Promotions

We may offer promotions such as free access periods (for example, extra days for active subscribers after a losing week). Promotions are discretionary, are described in the bot or the channel when they apply, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They are not a guarantee or a refund of losses.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access the private channel, the bot or our systems without a valid key;
• scrape, automate, copy or redistribute the picks or other content;
• interfere with the Service, attack it or try to get around our security or anti-abuse measures;
• use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these Terms (in particular sharing your key or content, abusing trials or payments). You can stop using the Service at any time. If we end the Service or your access without cause, we will refund or credit the unused part of your plan.

12. Service availability and changes

We aim to run the Service continuously, but it depends on third parties (Telegram, data providers, bookmakers, hosting) and may be interrupted, delayed or changed. Picks are published only during our posting hours, which can change. We may change, add or remove features at any time. Missed, late or delayed picks during an outage are not a reason for a refund.

13. Third parties

The Service uses and refers to third-party services (such as Telegram, bookmakers, data providers and the payment provider). We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, odds, rules or decisions, including limits or restrictions a bookmaker places on your account.

14. Intellectual property

The Jinx Bets name, logo, texts, cards, images and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the Service for yourself. Characters or brands of third parties shown on the Service belong to their respective owners, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided "as is" and "as available";
• we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits or indirect damage arising from your use of the Service or of any pick;
• our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

16. Privacy

We process your personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the bot or the channel. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
